I have not had any medical tests or feedback since cmmencement. I feel the dosage is too high and have cut it to one tablet every second day and I feel much better. i have added 2000 of omega 3 or one pill at noon and one in the evening. I should learn if this produces lower colestrol after mynext medical chck up.

It worked wonders!!! My skin is completely clear, I constantly get compliments. All the side effects (dry, dry, dry, chapped lips, dry eyes, dry skin, sun sensitivity) will happen so stock up on carmex (lip moisturizer) and cetaphil lotion or which ever one works for you.

The first month I had a period during the same time I always do, I was like let me finish this pack and if it continues im throwing it out! Second month, I had like 1 day of spotting. But on the third month I was all set. No period! Until i got to the peach pills. And so I continued to the 2nd pack and no mor... View full comment

Tylenol works fine for my pain relief, but it seems to take longer to feel the relief than Advil. I prefer aspirin for pain relief from headaches because it works quicker.
