Yasmin does it's job, as in I haven't gotten pregnant while on this birth control. And every form of HBC is different for every person, and every pill has some sort of side effect. I just know that ever since starting this pill, I'm anxious, stressed, and fatigued much more than I used to be. But since I had even worse side effects with other brands in the past, I'm too nervous to try anything else.

I've been using this drug for about 8 months now. I've always had headaches and I'm a naturally a sleepy person, but I recently slept for 15 hours straight and only woke up because of my birth control alarm. My doctor recently switched me from pravastatin to simvastatin, since - despite weight loss and adding regular exercise and fish oil - my total cholesterol levels began to rise again. One supplement you should always take if you are on any of the statin drugs is Coenzyme Q10, as statins can deplete this nutrient from your body and cause muscle damage and worse. The first couple of days were great but a couple of times, i started to hallucinate and then i had an extreme headache, the worst i ever had. They had to call doctors in the hospital to do some brain scans.
