I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... Every time I went home to visit my family, I would always wind up "sick" two days into my visit. I found out/realized that I was/am allergic to dogs (and we have three) but once I started taking Quercetin my allergy symptoms cleared up within a day (crazy, I know)!! I couldn't be more satisfied and lately I have been reading more and more benefits of taking/consuming it so I will continue to do so!

I also got the Gardasil vaccine and yes it ruined my life too! Two years ago I received it and started developing severe acne on my face. I had two of the three shots. I want to warn everyone who I can that this shot could perhaps ruin their life. Some people are severely affected and some are not.
