For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Don't get ther anymore shots, the only thing that might happen is your doctor might become obnoxious. If that happens look for a new doctor. Gardasil almost killed my daughter go to the truthaboutgardasil.org and read her story. Also search vaers data base. Look of the 3 hpv vaccines they looped two of them apart. I guess so it doesn't show so many injuries.

Insulin injections a really effective for my diabetes. But if I overtake it, for example when I skip one dose and I have to take the double the next time, it makes me feel extremely weak.
