I am 33 and my testosterone level was in the mid 300's. I was referred to a urologist and had my pituitary gland checked for a tumor and thankfully there wasn't one. Since taking this medication I have developed severe ringing in the ears causing some hearing loss. The muscle and joint pain has gotten worse. Will be seeing Endo to be put back on Armour.

I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. Has anyone been experierencing memory loss, speech inpedames, and forgetting familiar place- like say the path you take you work everyday- and suddenly you dont relized what road you are and its as if you've never been there b4. but you keeep driving and notice certain restuantes and stuff but you still get the feeling of being lost.
