Have been on this for about 2 years now, it was a bit rough the first month, but each month got better. By the third month I felt normal. Had a bit of nausea during that time, but never threw up. No longer have irregular periods, and now they are much shorter and I don't feel sick when I have them. I thought the strength of my memory was lowering due to my age (33) .. but perhaps it is related to the generic Xanax. But on a positive, this solution has had the least amount of side-affects over any other anti-anxiety option for me personally. Anti-depressants put a lot of weight on me and took away my libido. No sign of that now and I've been on 1mg XR for well over a year now.
