I had taken Advil on occasion in the past and was taking it this time to reduce inflammation in my badly sprained ankle. I had a reaction to it. It started with puffy feet and then swollen legs and then feeling bloated in my stomach. Stay away from this drug ! It now has a black box FDA warning against Tendonitis !

this medicine helped, with no side effects. i found that i had to also ad a additional blood pressure medicine. reasons for this could been family history or job related stress.

During the spring and summer I use tincture of fresh Hawthorn leaves and flowers. During the winter I switch to the fresh berry tincture. My blood pressure used to be 140+/98+ on a pretty regular basis with occasional peaks up to 200/120. After a couple of months taking Hawthorn tincture my usual bp is below 120/80 (typically 117/ 76) with occasional spikes up to 150/94. My heart murmur has also disappeared and I rarely notice any irregular heart beats.
