Since starting this using Carbimazole I have noticed a reduction in my heart racing and hands shaking but I have had constant throat infections from about 6 weeks including 2 chest infections, pleurisy, laryngitis and now tonsillitis and a swollen eye, all with a high temperature and headache. With the exception of a few day in between each episode when I have felt well. I think I will stop taking this product.

As stated above, it does seem to help with my blood pressure, but I seem to be more irritated than I was before I originally started the medication. It is worth putting up with for the benefit of the medication though.

Have been on Carbimazole for just over six months.It was slowly reduced from 40mgs daily to 20mgs after two months. Then after five months found to be over medicated reduced to 10mgs. The symptoms i had whilst being over medicated were extreme exhaustion, dizziness and insomnia to mention a few.I also have severe hot flushes that come every two hour at night . Children's Tylenol is very effective in reducing fever and relieving aches and pains for my children during the times they had fever or flu-like symptoms. However, I noticed that for my 11 year old daughter, she had hallucinations on two occasions after taking Tylenol. I'm not sure if that is due to Tylenol or because of her fever.
