they have given me shackey hands,have caused hair loss and after over 20years of taking them they keep me awake and i only take them as the side effects of stopping this drug causes panick attacks and is horrendous,my doctor has now said they have to go But i have to do this in two weeks! But she will then replace them with an up to date drug!

I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. I started taking Chantix two weeks ago, the first week was fine, while I was smoking, when I quit smoking on the second week I thought that I might have an immunity to the meds because I was climbing the walls... like you do when you are having a nicotine fit, by the end of the second week I developed a skin rash with lesions varying in size from a pin point to a dime size.
