It's great. I had a little bit of cramping when I first started using it, but after the first couple of months that went away. My breasts grew a full cup size during this time period, and were very hot and sore during the duration. Overall, I'm pleased with Nuvaring. I don't have to worry about when to take a pill, and it's done wonders for regulating my very irregular periods.

It improved my breathing with only using one puff per day and lasts over 24 hrs. I have had many side effects which I did not before attribute to it but now believe have only occured since taking it for almost a year. diagnosed with staff aureus of the right knee joint and hospitalised for 5 days with intravenous Flucloxacillin.I am now on 2 weeks of tablets and have not had any significant sleep in that time.

For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS.
