Xanax worked both as anti-anxiety medication and for insomnia. Small doses taken before bed seemed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep for about 8 hours, however upon waking up, and falling asleep, I found that memory and overall energy were both affected in a somewhat negative way.

I have ADD and have been taking Adderall and Adderall XR for over 10 years. I have had weird heart beats and when I work out I sometimes feel like my heart rate is way too high for the level activity that I'm doing. I feel like it's probably not a huge deal if you're planning on taking it temporarily but I do not recommend long term use. It's very effective but the heart risks that come with it are not worth it. i have no energy if i dont take it exactly at the same time everyday - i start to get angry, irritated, emotional... i start to feel rage - i cant control it. it gets worse and worse the longer i forget... i usually snap on my boss or break up with my boyfriend for no reason if i forget to take it in a 24 or 48 hour period.

I am alcoholic.i drink wine more than 200ml for about 8 years.before a year suddenly i fell down due to high blood pressure.my doctor has prescribed me 1mg etizolam per day and advised me to give up wine but i didnt give up wine.now a days i take 1mg in morning at 7 am and 1 mg 11am daily.it gives me relax but on every evening i again drink wine.please suggest me.i want to give up wine and etizolam.
