I switched from Diovan to Micardis five years ago and started having "eye disturbances" (I know now they are optical migraines) so my doctor changed my dosage to 40mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening and this worked great for several years but in the past year I have had more of the disturbances usually when I break the pill and it's not equal but I have also noticed my vision (previously 20/20) getting worse and worse. I stopped taking Singulair and my life changed for the better. I no longer feel depressed or have any desire for self-harm. I took Singulair for several years and within the month after I stopped taking it, I felt incredibly better. I will never take this medication again.

I have been taking this medicine for 2 years, for migraines, and I am now starting to really see problems. I have gotten to the point now that I am lossing my short term memory, even important events! Which makes me terribly afraid. Urinating is difficult as well. I am also very irritable. Another thing is blurred vision. I am seeing my doctor this afternoon to discuss other options.

I am in my final week of the 3 month treatment. I've decided to stretch the final week into 2 weeks - taking one dose a day, instead of two. I believe the withdrawl will be a little easier (hopefully). Chantix certainly did take away the urge to smoke, I haven't had a cigarette since October 24th. (I actually stopped the first week). While taking the Wellbutrin has helped me cope better in some situations, I still regularly have days where I just can't hold it together and feel like crying all day. While it's not as often as it was, I still have them. I was on 150 mg once a day and was moved to 300 mg once a day and I haven't been able to tell much difference. I do like it though because I haven't gained weight like I have on other medications.
