This is my second course of Lymecycline. It's a long road with little in the way of immediate results, but it cleared up my acne brilliantly the last time, so hoping that it does so again this time around. The headaches are driving me to despair and it's not making me feel as happy as usual, but I only have another 4 weeks to endure...

I took this only once, and it produced extreme chest tightness, breathing problems, stomach problems, severe dizziness, and anxiety. Within hours of taking it, I felt like someone had a fist in my chest, my breathing was labored, and I was so dizzy I was knocking into the walls. I'm still having some of these symptoms (though quite reduced) after three days. I've seen others on other sites reporting the exact same symptoms, yet dr "not sure" it's the medication.

woke up with severe pain in left eye; subsided, and then headache (in first month) rash & itching; used 2.5%cortizone;itching left & has now returned, on faced & eyes last time, now all over. Unbalanced when getting out of bed at night & morning. Weak 'jittery' muscles, short of breath, 'feeling faint'.---haven't been to Dr. this mo. but quit these stupid pills today after reading about them! Had already tried Statins with all bad results. Before I discovered Zyrtec my allergies were not controlled. Since Zyrtec has been in my life I know that I can control my allergies and that even if taken after my allergies are 'full blown' it only take a short time before they are under control. Having tried EVER other allergy medication I would be lost without Zyrtec.
