I am glad I found this site also. I took candex before bed and woke up with an allergic reaction. I only get this way if I eat something I am allergic too, which I am positive I didn't so it has to be the candex. My eyes, lips, and hands are extremely swollen and I can feel my lungs are swollen. My chest really hurts and it's hard to breath.

don't ever let a dr or dentist give you this drug. it totally ruined my life. I haven't been the same person for 19 years now. I wouldn't even let the vet use this on my dog when she was spayed. This drug never should have been approved by the FDA, it's dangerous!!!

Does not completely relieve my neck and sciatic nerve pain, but I have not taken mobic regularly since starting zyflamend. I teach skiiing and therefore, I am very active. I did not miss any work while taking the zyflamend. The pm helps me sleep, however, I sometimes wake up after 2 hours and have trouble getting back to sleep.

Off-label prescription for insomnia, co-administered with other serotonergics by an incompetent PA. Only took 7 half-doses, spaced over 2 weeks. Profound neurotoxic reaction included shock sensations, hallucinations of vibration, and eye-movement irregularities (seemingly permanent, as it has been over a year now). I experienced blurred almost refracted vision taking Claritin on an empty stomach. Symptoms lasted about 20 mins. Otherwise on a full stomach product works amazing for allergies and asthma.

I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. First few months just some occasional spotting--I thought I was just getting used to it--but by month 5--I was bleeding for over 2 weeks straight--not really heavy--but enough to have to wear a pantylin...
