i am a 47 year old female and was prescribed 30mg carbimazole twice daily for hyperthyroidism. after 2 months, i came out in an itchy welt like rash all over my torso and neck. the dr took me off this medication immediately and put me on propylthiourocil (try pronouncing it) have been on this for a month now and no side effects so far.

When I first went on Yaz, I experienced extreme mood swings like I do every single time I switch birth controls. However with Yaz, these mood swings seemed worse and seemed to last longer than after other birth control switches. Started taking OrthoCept to control my ovarian cysts...Worked Great...cysts were gone...premen. symptoms were gone..lite flows...However, I had horrible migraines during the placebo pills from withdrawl...and discovered ...after stopping the pill that all the Heart palpatatons I was having was related to taking the pill.....Now Im in a Rut and cant find any bc to take that doesn't give me migraines...and needless to say..my cysts are back... :(

before I started a treatment with amlodipine, I used to have several headaches and all the time, and feeling dizzy as well. Since I have been using it, the frequency of the headaches decreased, and I don't feel anymore dizzy.
