Definately helped me to stabilize my moods. When my spouse is gone though I can have bouts of suicidal thoughts, lack of energy. Need a booster with it. Very dysfunctional if a dose is missed in 12 hrs- dizzy, heart palpatations, unbalanced severely. But my life is still better with it

I take it whenever I need it, sometimes with ibuprofen, and it always helps. Without food though, I get nauseous.

I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch. Energy is better, but I dont need the anxiety caused by the difficulty breathing. I recognize I need testosterone in my life, because without it life is so much worse. There just has to be another way.
