I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. i was actually diagnosed with PCOS which would lead to diabetes. This medicine regulated my suger quite effectively and allowed my body to regulate and reduce the symptoms of PCOS thereby keeping me from becoming diabetic.

This drug gave me Post Trumatic Stress Disorder and a good 15 years of permanent memory loss. It should be banned from use on human's and animals. This drug literally ruined my life, I'm a virtual basket case. If a doctor or dentist ever wants to use this for any reason, REFUSE IT AT ALL COSTS!!! This drug is dangerous and never should have been approved by the FDA.
