Debbie, no-one knows yet how long Gardasil will last or whether you'll need a booster shot. Because targeting only a few strains could also encourage a replacement disease, Merck might also need to re-formulate the shot periodically. The scary thing is that the first users won't know if and when they're vulnerable again, which makes me wonder what the point is. The constipation and change of appetite was un tolerable. I was taking pain killers for another problem and had to then sit really in pain due to extreme constipation, belly, abdomen, anus pain. I have had a rough year, worsened by this. With this side effect, your digestive system is changed drastically and I can no longer eat what I want when I want as it can be too rich and cause dia or constipation, whereas before I had never had any problems. :( I now have a fat belly that I have never... This is great med for my frequent headache. I have not experience any side effect since I have been taking tylenol. I only take this as needed. I would recommend this drug for people with occasional headache.
