I've been taking this medication for almost 2 years now. It is absolutely great in controlling my acne and I haven't seen improvements like this with anything else. It is extremely effective and works almost immediately. I wouldn't know what to do without it. Apart from the dry lips and skin, and frequent thirst, the medicine does induce depression in me, to the extent of people asking if something is wrong. I've never had a problem with achieving an erection, but over the last two years or so the stiffness factor has suffered some, especially towards the end of the job. With a 50 mg Viagra, I get a blue steel throbber. Cat couldn't scratch it! My wife LOVES it. Not many side affects, slight headache sometimes. MUST take on an empty stomach, though. Alcohol in moderation (2-3 drinks) doesn't seem to have an affect. I'm sold. Should have started taking Viagra a few years ago.

My migraines used to be debilitating. Now that I take this drug, I can function again after I take a pill. I do get a little nausea and cold sweats sometimes after I take a pill, but I would take those side effects anyday over a brutal migraine.
