I have been taking advair since I moved back to Texas in 2001. My asthma was out of control for years but has been under control virtually the entire time I have been on advair. I haven't ever asked to change drugs becasue I've never needed to.

Site reactions were very bad, lumps and bruises that lasted for weeks. I developed Raynaud's syndrome and had white fingers almost daily until I switched to Avonex, no more problems. The flu like symptoms were horrible and the day after I had NO energy so I ended up being sick most of the week.

All my life people described me as being laid-back and happy. But my first year of college I became sad and impatient and moody. Everyone thought I was homesick or having a hard time adjusting to school. When I went to the university clinic to get a new prescription for birth control they gave me a free generic. I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I complained to my endocrinologist and since he declared my labs "perfect" he could do nothing for me, when I inquired about Armour, he said he would not prescribe it. I found a doctor in May 2008 who prescribed Armour. But since have been hypothyroid for so long and mistreated with synthroid, I developed adrenal fatigue. I am so sorry for you side effects, but I must say I was happy to read your post!! I have Graves disease and had radio active therapy 10 years ago and have been on levoxyl for many years with no problems until now. I recently have been experiencing trembling of my arms, torso, and legs, pretty frequently but I only usually notice it at night. Micardis causes short term memory loss. Restless legs, blurry eyes Night urination and weight increase. Supplements cannot be taken with Micardis as they react in causing blood pressure to elevate.
