I normally chew on mint leaves, or have mint tea to soothe my stomach when I've had a heavy meal. It results in the release of gas or emptying of the bowels. I normally feel extremely drowsy after and have a mild headache. I feel extremely sleepy and lethargic the entire day, but the relief for the stomach is worth it.

Im happy with the weight loss Ive recieved from Adipex-p. Im undergoing doctors care now for my pain. Im not sure my pain is from the medicine or not. I just had an MRI of my neck on Tues. I may have a ruptured disk. I do work in a factory. I went to a Neurolorgist though last month and he was basically insinuating that he thought it was the Adipex without coming right out and saying so. I've taken a number of anti-depressents and celexa has had the fewest side-effects and works very well. However, lately I have been having trouble with anxiety attacks. They are severe enough to wake me at night and to also keep me home while I am trying to work through them. This is a new experience only in the last year. I will be looking into it.
