Sudafed (psuedofedrine) is the best thing out there for sinus congestion & pressure. I use it when I have allergies and it helps with sneezing also, and when I have a cold or flu. I do not experience any negative side effects. Although sometimes it does make me more awake which can be inconvenient at night. Also, buying it from the pharmacy is annoying but it's worth it because it works MUCH better than Sudafed PE (phenylephrine).

Androgel has reduced (to almost eliminated)---the "low level" blues I've been experiencing. However, since I started it (along side another drug)--I've had *EXTREME* fatigue. (to the point of sleeping 24-48 hours STRAIGHT--with only waking up for bathroom breaks). A Drug Rep suggested I up my dosage, I'm waiting to see the Doctor to do this. I use aspirin for my menstrual pain. My period is the worst period of the month, because it is extremely painful. But to deal with that, I use aspirin which is not bad. It relieves the pain at 80%, and since I have been using it, I can handle my period better, because it use to be so painful that I won't even go to school at all.

I have taken Centrum Multivitamin in the past and experienced no side effects. In the last two days, I have taken Centrum/Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with food and experienced constipation and loss of appetite almost immediately after taking the pill. I take other medication and am not sure if it the result of the combination of medication I am taking. Plan to stop taking the vitamin.
