I have used Aloe Vera for different skin rashes and for the occasional sun burn and it has always pulled through. I have not seen any side effects, but I've often had to supplement my use of Aloe Vera with other prescribed medications.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience. I do not feel satisfied with INH which is a drug that prevent tuberculosis. Since I do not really need to take it. I call my doctor to make sure if I should stop taking INH or not. He checked me and the nurse withdraw two tubes of blood to get tested and see if this drug is affecting my liver. I will see the doctor this Thursday again to get my results but the doctor already told me to stop taking INH to compare how I feel by not taking it.
