I usually take Tylenol whenever I get headaches and they work typically well. However, I think a larger dosage is needed because I don't feel the relief after a while.

I had just started to try antidepressants. I was first described the generic brand of Wellbutrin XL by Tevic. I had less pain almost immediately after starting on the low dose. I had some strange "rush" like sensations. It was almost too much. Then some snapping at the bit about mid day. Within two weeks I was itching severely and could not stop. Cymbalta has been the best medication for my panic attacks and depression. I have tried Paxil, Lexapro, Effexor, and Pristiq before Cymbalta, and had to stop them all for one reason or another. Cymbalta has the best mix of efficacy and tolerability for me. Each person is different. Do not listen to reviews like these; you must try the drugs for yourself.
