Completely loved the convienience of the NuvaRing, seemed that every month the side effects got progressively worse, started out with a headache that lasted a week, then each month I would get a headache the day I would put a new ring in, eventually I ended up with severe diarrhea that I couldnt even eat and left me with horrible abdominal cramping. Sudafed (psuedofedrine) is the best thing out there for sinus congestion & pressure. I use it when I have allergies and it helps with sneezing also, and when I have a cold or flu. I do not experience any negative side effects. Although sometimes it does make me more awake which can be inconvenient at night. Also, buying it from the pharmacy is annoying but it's worth it because it works MUCH better than Sudafed PE (phenylephrine).
