Provided the best sleep and maximum relief from pain, however, was accompanied by nausea (but then again I can't handle any pain killers when it comes to the nausea factor).

I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc... Tums is a great and quick way to go to relieve your heartburn. However the relief doen's last. At times I find myself "over dosing" on tums. My heartburn always seems to come back
