I told my daughter not to take the shots, it was too new and was unfortable with it and recommended she not have it. When she went for physical the doctor recommened she have it. She said she didn't want it, but it felt like it was being forced a bit, so she took it. She didn't feel well for a couple of weeks afterwards. The constipation i have experienced since I started taking Simcor is the first in my life. I have always included plenty of fiber in my diet, drink alot of water, and excercise regularly. Now I am supplementing that with fiber capsules and a stool softener. I still experience constipation at least once a week (3 days without a bowel movement).

After I found out I had allegies my doctor tried a variety of different medicines but none seemed to work. After giving me Zyrtec I felt the relief within an hour. The watery eyes and itchy feelings went away and it felt great to be back to normal.
