I suffer from horrible headaches. I also get tension headaches and migraines. I take preventative medication (topamax) for my migraines but sometimes I still get one here and there. When I do get a bad migraine I usually take maxalt, but when it is not available to me I stick to what work has always worked in the past and that is ibuprofen. For the typical bad headache or tension headache, 600 or 800 mg of Ibuprofen just knocks the headache right out so I do not have to repeat the dose later... View full comment

I like advil because it is small and I dont like taking big pills. It just doesnt seem to have as good of an effect on me as tylenol does to relieve my headaches

As far as I'm concerned, Prozac is the best drug created by medical science. For those of us with brain disorders like depression, OCD and anxiety, this med is a miracle. It would be impossible for me to fully describe the beneficial effects I've gotten from Prozac on this website. My life is unbelievably, overwhelmingly better because of fluoxetine. I'll take it every day for the rest of my life.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a variety of chronic joint and muscle pain. I cannot take anti-inflamatories because I take Coumadin (blood thinner). I was prescribed Percocet after major shoulder surgery and found it was the 'best' pain releif I'd ever gotten for my whole body. I am on a relatively low-dose for chronic pain and yes, I know this is physically addictive. However, quality of life is addictive as well!!!! It helped me eat better and I excercise more and feel a lot healthier by taking this medication. I am very satisfied with the performance of this medication and would recommend this to others. I was on Lipitor before and was not very satisfied with it so I have seem a large improvement with this medication.
