I am a Dane, 31 years old, female, and been taking Keppra for about 3 months. It is the only antiepileptic drug I have been taking, and I have not been taking it with other kinds of medication. My dosis started with 500mg twice a day, for two days, and then it was lowered (due to vertigo) to 250mg twice a day. One time I had a migraine all day long and it was really debilitating. When nighttime came around, I couldn't sleep, so I took some Excedrin PM and the pain went away, and just like that I fell asleep. I didn't even wake up during the night and woke up feeling refreshed.
