I have palpations --was on a beta blocker toprol xl for 6years had meny problems on it.. put on verapamil 260mg did ok for a while, but get winded out of breath doing anything! my vision is blurred and eyes dry at night ? allergic or what ? doctor doesnt know? im tired all the time got no get up and go anymore - depressed alot ! just feel bad, not normal anymore - forgot what that is ? noticed hair thinning everywhere and some return of palps while on this medication - though now they ar... My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.
