I like that this is a multivitamin all packed into one. I was experiencing symptoms of iron and vitamin K deficiencies, and this has helped to alleviate many of those symptoms. I also just feel generally more healthy. It's nice to know I am at least coming close to necessary daily levels of vitamins and minerals!

My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

it been more than 4 years since i have started to use IBUPROFEN becuase of my DYMEANOREAHA so severe, evenni been taking over dose though i am medical person and know the effecy what it would be . To be honest instead of taking 200mg prn or q 4-6 hr i used to take 400mg -800mg 1t once due to my so so sevier pain that the 200mg is just nothing for my pain seveirity, lately i have found that i am gonne deal with peptic ulcer and i couldn't stand the medicine any more any ways and more than... I started experiencing chest pain, or acid reflux a few weeks ago. My mom bought me Prevacid; I don't recommend it..it helps but only for an hour or so.
