This is my second course of Lymecycline. It's a long road with little in the way of immediate results, but it cleared up my acne brilliantly the last time, so hoping that it does so again this time around. The headaches are driving me to despair and it's not making me feel as happy as usual, but I only have another 4 weeks to endure...

The drug is highly effective and considered low risk. However, I tend to take medication only if it is really required. Otherwise, I try to avoid it if I can resist the fever/pain.

The capsules are way too big. I have a very hard time swallowing them, so I put them in peanut butter and take....

When I take Zantac an hour before I eat a meal that causes heartburn, it effectively prevents it. I don't have any noticeable side effects.

I have been tacking Simcor for almost 3 months. In the beginning I had flushing and itching that was severe enough to bother me at night. That side effect has almost gone by now. However, I use to have my resting pulse around 52-54 beats per minute, just recently I've noticed that my resting pulse was elevated to around 68 - 74 beats per minute. I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms.
