I was 17 weeks pregnant when I had a shingles outbreak. This was my second instance of a shingles outbreak, but first time using Valtrex. The last time I had a shingles outbreak was at age 7 (20+ years ago). I was in pain and worried about my pregnancy. After having taken Advil PM for the last month due to difficulty sleeping I have had randomly, really bad nightmares on several occasions. Waking up with an accelerated heartbeat and remembering most of the very vivid dreams. I do not drink and only take a prescription medicine during the day, as prescribed...this is not a good reaction and should be noted by the drug company as people can related heart problems.

I have struggled with frequent bouts of insomnia since high schools. I've tried almost every prescription sleep aid on the market with less than positive results. They often left me feeling exhausted, had vivid, violent dreams, and overslept numerous times. Melatonin has been a life-saver. I take the 5 mg pill a half hour before bed and I sleep pretty well; almost the whole night through.

Been suffering from major depression, ptsd, dissociation and anxiety for many years. Have tried many A/Ds over the years and to my relief and amazement, pristiq 100mg has improved my mood and reduced my anxiety significantly. At first, it made me feel sort of wired and extremely thirsty. Also was having very vivid and weird dreams for about a week. Hi, Same here, weakness, fatigue and shortness, just not feeling myself. Was told to take it at night but still having problems... Hate this drug.... I was put on it for svt and found out that I had wpw had ablation done two weeks ago it was corrected. Waiting for follow up so I can get off this drug. Again this is a bad drug!!! totally agree! Hope you are feeling better!
