It's my favorite! Non-addictive, no side effects and it always makes me feel better the longer I'm on it. It's the best anti-depressant, anxiety help I could ever think of. Plus, I think it made me lose extra weight. I like NOW brand, not very expensive. It has gotten me through the last two winters with minimal seasonal affective disorder symptoms.

this stuff is poison. i'm a 35-year-old who was perfectly healthy aside from smoking until chantix. now i feel like i'm 90 years old with one foot in my death bed. my skin doesn't even feel like my own skin and the fevers and rash just won't stop. sure, it will help you quit smoking, but it will ruin everything else in your life that means anything to you, most importantly your health (isn't that why you wanted to quit smoking to begin with?).

I switched from Depo Provera (the shot) to Seasonique. I started my pills on a Tuesday. By Saturday I started feeling lightheaded, Sunday I was feeling dizzy, lightheaded, and started having problems with my vision. Monday was horrible I don't know if I was nauseous from the bc or because of my double vision and dizziness. I read multiple reviews on multiple websites about this pill when I was two weeks into my first pack. This pill was in fact the worst one I have tried as far as making you get sick. I had to take a prescription medication just to get rid of the nausea for about three days...BUT I stuck it out, and I am happy to say that after the first pack, it gets much much easier to digest.
