The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up. Ever since I started I have noticed my gums are very inflamed and bleed alot. And this is a side effect of Yasmin so I believe this is why it has happened.

I have been taking Lutera for 3 weeks now and I have never been so tired. No matter how long I sleep I yawn all day, I cant stay focused and I have no energy. I would not recommend this pill to anyone. It was not even prescribed by my doctor the pharmacy gave it to me as an alternative. I will be changing this as soon as possible.
