I love Yaz- since being on Yaz, my overall moods have become more stable, and my appetite has become more regular. However, I still notice a significant change about a week prior to my period. I crave starchy, sugary foods, and I still get extremely tearful and emotional.

Tylenol is a staple medication in my family whenever there’s a cold or some little ailment. My dad’s a family practicioner and we all happen to use Tylenol. It does wonders and is reliable. I’ve never had any problems as a result of Tylenol use but there could of course be side effects--never experienced any myself.

My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides...
