I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. Just started my third 91 day pack. I plan to discontinue use as soon as I see my Doctor. I feel like my life has been flipped upside down since I started these pills. I though it was just me until I started putting things together and done some research on these pills. I have weight gain, bad acne, headaches, breast tenderness, depression and mood swings. I just want to feel normal and be happy again.

I would prefer not to be on birth control, however, I have terrible cysts which will hospitalize me if I am not on the pill. Overall, I have had numerous complications. Abdominal, heart, chest wall, weight gain, extreme exhaustion, decreased libido.
