I have taken this for 1 year and it had went really good, i went for my annual check-up last week and Saturday i started my cycle 9 to 10 days early. Prior to taking Lunesta my sleep pattern was irregular and unhealthy. I'd sleep three hours and was tired constantly. I am a typically hyper person and so I always desperately wanted to sleep but often was unable to. Once I began Lunesta I couldn't believe how much better everything went. I truly began eating pomegranates because of the detoxification strengths of the fruit. As of yet I have been entirely satisfied and have found myself to have not found any negative side effects.

It really worked wonders for my mental state and helped me to gain control of my life. However, putting on 80 Lbs. in 2 years while on this was enough for me to discontinue it's use and try to find another solution. Still searching after 15 years of bipolar to find something that will make me feel normal...

Lisinopril

I would get off of these drugs and go for acupuncture and herbal treatments. It's not worth the side effects. When I took lisinopril for 3 months, I felt like I had the flu the entire time. My BP was only high at the PCP's office because they always managed to tick me off before I got in to see the Dr, then had to wait an hour or more.
