I wish there was an alternative to this medication that worked as well. The yeast infections are unbearable, and the interaction with birth control (making it uneffective) is annoying.

This medication was prescribed to help with my fibromyalgia. Taking this medication has slowly deteriorated my quality of life. I am taking it couple of years already. It helps. I don't have major side effects, but I do have dry mouth. Hope it will help to you, too.

I really appreciate this drug, and the effect it has on my blood pressure. It works really fast, and I can feel the change. It also releases my headache when I use it, and sometimes I even forget to take it in the morning, but it has no noticeable side effects for that. I would recommentd this drug to anyone.

Unfortunately, I have had a real problem with hormonal birth control. I'm currently taking Microgestin, and while I'm kind of miserable on it, it's not as bad as what I experienced with Ortho. My only real complaint is that I have developed contact lens intolerance, and get red, gritty, painful eyes every time I wear my lenses for more than one day at a time. My Dr., of course, doesn't think it's from the pill, but would rather send me to a series of unnecessary (and expensive) tests. G... View full comment
