Indocin has been a miracle drug for me. It was first prescribed during a severe episode of bursitis over 20 years ago after numerous other prescriptions had failed. For years I took it on an "as needed" basis. About an hour or two after using the vaginal applicator I woke up with severe lower abdominal pains (felt like I'd been kicked there). After a long painful time in the bathroom I had a BM, then later,with more cramping, severe diarrhea. I at first thougt it was something I ate, then realized the last time I had those symptoms was the last time I used the cream. I thought then that it was food poisoning. Too much of a coincidence. I'm afraid to use it agan.

Although there are a lot of unwanted side effects,these are nothing in comparison to the crippling migraines I used to suffer daily. As a young woman with a toddler I can't be in bed 5 days out of 7 in a week with migraine and this wonder drug is the only one which works for me.

Terrible drug------------ I felt sick like the drug was eating my liver---- I kept sleeping and functioned less. I was "zoned" out most of the time... The loss of appetite was terrible too.... And the worst thing is trying to get off it---make sure you have a loved one around when you get off it--- the depression is ten times worse than what you started with....I am goin g back to lexapro-- mild and gentle and still be functional

I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better.
