I tried Seasonique once I started being sexuially active again. The first month I developed a yeast infection, which is normal for me when I begin a new BC,then after 4 weeks I began spotting and breakthrough bleeding and this lasted for 2mths, finally I spoke to my OBGYN(who is a wonderful and amazing doctor) and he suggested that I stop that pack and start a new one(which he provided). Horrible birth control. Increased appetite, increased weight loss, fatigue, mood swings. Had to get my gall bladder taken out. I don't recommend this Birth control at all!

I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

I have uterine fibroids and am experiencing very long periods. I tried red raspberry and it has shortened the duration to almost normal/no flow. But I am experiencing headaches and elevated blood pressure that started since I have been taking the red raspberry.
