I took ONE shot of 3.75mg Lupron Depot prior to fibroid surgery and still have an enlarged abdomen / bloating / fluid retention nearly one year later. I weigh only 91 pounds but my formerly flat stomach sticks out like a baby bump. What's worse, it's very uncomfortable. My clueless doctor suggested I wear Spanx (what, forever?) and even that didn't hold my abdomen in. It's a hormonal issue. My doctor tried to raise my dosage as lab results indicated that I am not getting enough, however when she did I began to have dizzy spells, a feeling that I was being choked and a feeling that I was having heart problems. I almost went to the ER until I realized what was probably happening. Agomelatine hasn't help my depression so far but will give it another month.I will probably go back to mianserin which has been effective in the past.

Furosemide and torsemide both cause me to have horrible burning foot pain and terrible pain in my ankles knees and joints. I have to take diuretics due to CHF if i stop taking it the foot pain gradually goes away but then i need the diuretic again - I can barely walk its truly excrutiating! Its ruining my life!

Shortly after being treated with Gardasil I developed strange cognitive issues, joint pain, bone pain, chronic fatigue, and many other symptoms. Recently these finally lead to a diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder called scleroderma or CREST syndrome. I have no family history of autoimmunity and there are others who have developed other similar illnesses like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Definitely do not get these shots if you have a predisposition for autoimmune disease.

This pill helped a great deal with my vertigo. It stopped the "world from spinning" around me. It did make me drowsy and I slept most of the time after taking it.
