I have been using Gymnema as part of a herbal tablet (along with chromium, B12, Glucomannan, etc) for a few months and took it twice per day. It gave me better numbers but not as good as I would like, and some consistency in my readings. Recently I changed to a capsule - hard as heck to swallow - that is a higher dosage. I really appreciate this medication. It works really good, and it regulates my blood pressure very well. I feel more confident, personally, emotionally. I didn't experience any physical changes, but emotionally I feel better.

I started taking mircette and then I switched to generic because it was pretty expensive for a birth control each month. After I switched I lost 10lbs, but I had cramps and a heavier period, so I switched back to regular mircette.
