Excellent outcome from taking this daily. I've had chronic adenomosis (a type of endometriosis) for 29 years. I have been taking Simcor for over a year. THe doctor has prescriber me 750/20mg once per day. I just recently got blood work done and my LDL has gone up, my HDL has went down and my Triglycerides have gone down. I am only 32 so I have to go back to the DR to see if this is the drug for me. I workout and try to eat healthy,I am 6'3 225. I know High Cholesterol runs in my family.

ibuprofen has done well to me i have never had any side effects although i need a very high dosage because it seems like im becoming immune and the pain doesnt go away. so i need a high dosage

To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription.
