I have been on 150mg's for around 8weeks.My sleep did improve greatly,so I felt much better due to this. My depression did improve alot, and I felt able to cope. The side effects that were trouble -some were severe constipation, and very dry, sore throat & mouth mostly during the night/day. I have come off them now because my sleep /depression are starting to get sadly worse.

I realize the Ramipril has helped lower my blood pressure but the constipation is hard to deal with. It's the only drug I take and before taking Ramipril I was never constipated to this extent. I'm thinking maybe I should be trying something else or quit taking Ramipril to see if is the culprit. The reason I started taking Ramipril - I had a hysterectomy in Oct 2014 and that's when my blood pressure got out of wack and was prescribed Ramipril.

She went to her Dr. and her blood pressure was 160/109! She is only 19 years old. Her doctor was very stupid....did not take her pressure again before she left the office and just told her to stop taking Junel and gave her another prescription for another pill.
