I have been taking Zyflamend approximately one month. I am a 66 year old male. The main reason I started with Zyflamend was because my PSA score is 4.0.. It has remained 3.7 to 4.o steady for the past10 years. This drug put me in the ER 3 times. Its extremely dangerous to take it. DO NOT GET ON THIS DRUG PERIOD. The side effects and the withdrawls outweigh any benefit it allegedly has. Do research and talk to your doctor about different drugs BUT do not go on this one if you value your life at all

I was taking it to assist with weight loss and took it for about 45 days or more until I noticed the side effects of constipation (which I do not normally have) and gas. I have stopped taking it about 4 days ago, once I researched the side effects. I was trying to determine why I was having the abdominal problems. It is not painfull constipation but very infrequent. However my appetite was decreasing while taking the 5HTP. I am now trying to get it oujt of my system.

I am not a kind of person that like to take medicine at all but when is really severe like headache or muscles pain I take asperin it is really good. It really helps and relieve your pain in a very short time.
