I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I TOOK ONLY ONE PILL! MY HEART STARTED RACING ! COULD NOT FOCUS ON ANYTHING LONG TERM! PANIC ATTACKS AND RESTLESSNESS! HAD TO WALK IN THE COLD TO SUBDUE ITS EFFECT! AFTER 4 HOURS STILL TRIPPING ON THIS CRAP!

After a blood clot in my kidney the doctor prescribed me coumadin and it supposedly reduced the clotting in my blood, i had no side effects beside the easy bruising which was expected from the medicine.

had to get off it and switch to boniva as it was reacting with my zoloft. i was getting depressed for no reason after taking it for almost a year. no data on it from the company but i have a friend who had the very same problem much better after taking boniva now
