It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. I have had to go without cymbalta before if I've missed a dose or wasn't able to fill it right away and I notice a huge difference like a withdrawl affect. I will get nervous/anxious, sweaty, fidgity, irritable.

After taking Advil menstrual cramps did ease up and I was able to maintain normal activities. After a couple hours the pain intensified and I had to continue taking the pills to relieve pain.
