I think my pain is better when I take it. The easycaps are hard for me to swallow for some reason so I don't take it regularly. I really like that it is plant based with large enough amounts to actually do some good!

The only side effect that stands out (in a huge way) is how extremely tired I am all the time no matter how much I sleep. I am prescribed Aderrall 3 times a day and the CRAZY thing is, I am still exhausted and a major side effect of Adderrall is supposed to be trouble sleeping (it's used not only for ADD but narcolepsy as well)!! I am absolutely positive that if it were not for the adderrall counter-acting some of the side effect of Lutera, I would not be able to function at all. It doesn't... View full comment

I'm 17 and I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about a month now. I finished the first pack yesterday... (today I started the generic) Well, it helped with my acne and my mood is fine, but I have been on my period for 28 days. (it stopped all day yesterday and started up once again today) Seeing as I have been on my period for this long, I haven't had sex or anything. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.

I will never know what happened to me. But, for years I complained about anxiety and nervousness. But, my Endocrinologist have dismissed my symptoms. Finally, after nine years and learnign about Armour Thyroid, my depression and fatigue are pretty much gone. The anxiety has gotten better. But, I truly believe Synthroid helped to harm my central nervous system somehow.
