I've ttried several pills over the past couple of years due the awful cramps I get before my period and none of them worked for me. One, I'm a highschool student, so my schedule is kind of all over the place, making it hard for me to take the pill a the same time every day, or remember. Terrible drug------------ I felt sick like the drug was eating my liver---- I kept sleeping and functioned less. I was "zoned" out most of the time... The loss of appetite was terrible too.... And the worst thing is trying to get off it---make sure you have a loved one around when you get off it--- the depression is ten times worse than what you started with....I am goin g back to lexapro-- mild and gentle and still be functional

I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms.
